When David and I switched to a low-carb diet, I think I missed crunchy tortilla chips + salsa the most. This was the best substitution I found!
HOW CAN YOU GO WRONG WITH STRAIGHT CHEESE?!
Pile some cheddar cheese on some PARCHMENT paper, sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese, as well as some Chili Lime seasoning from Trader Joe’s.
Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until bubbling and slightly toasted.
Cut with a pizza cutter, and let cool.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container with a paper towel.
