One word: YUM! We make this every couple weeks because it is delicious and it makes a ton for leftovers/lunches. Original recipe found in my dear friend Liz William’s cookbook: Keto Meal Prep, we modified it just a little bit to our liking! This scrumptious heart warming recipe is keto/low carb and can be made Whole30 friendly too. Also a unique hit at any chili or soup party!
I love an easy recipe, especially if it makes a lot for the week! Open all your cans, (draining only the olives) brown and drain your meat, chop your onion, and add your spices– and throw it all in the crock to do the work!
If you are doing Whole30, omit the Worcestershire.
If you are doing Keto, hold the olives!
Top with shredded cheese and sour cream, or crumbled bacon.
