One of the yummy staple dishes around our house lately!
Inspired by the recipe found in Simply Keto cookbook by Suzanne Ryan, one of our favorite Keto cookbooks!!
Directions:
Simply chop the onions, bell peppers and mushrooms.
Add salt and pepper, and seasons as desired, toss in pan with butter & garlic
Cook over med-high heat until tender.
Slice and add the roast beef, cover cook until slightly brown. (About 3-5 minutes)
(Our FAVORITE is this Hillshire Farm roast beef, round in the deli section.
Turn heat to low, and top with Swiss cheese,.
Serve hot and melty 🤤.
