WE LOVE IT at our house. I always have to have them on stock in our fridge, as they are David’s most requested dinner– and Remi will eat it too! WIN-WIN. Each container has two family sized servings in it, so it goes a long way.
I just cook it according to the package, adding just a 1/4 C. of water..
We like to devour these carnitas, burrito style with the carb balance tortillas, [also found at Costco] or with a delicious and crunchy cheese shell.
When we went to Moab with Ashlei & Johnny, they broil it at the end– to make extra crispy pork ends–mmmhmmm.
Finding an easy, healthy meal that the entire family will eat– that is a score in my book.
It is also very versatile– -pork salads, tacos or burritos, or even pork quesadillas!
We love to top them with cheese, cabbage, sour cream and homemade salsa— but sky is the limit! You cannot go wrong with some avocado and jalapeños!
Even pork NACHOS are the bomb! To make them low carb or Keto, eat them with some home-made cheese chips, or some bell pepper nachos!
