How in the world is my sweet Remi babe ONE already!!?
I had started Pinning ideas for Remi in Onederland when she was around six months old!! I put so much love and stress into the details for this party, and it turned out so stunningly-lovely that I have been dying to share it with you!!!
THE INVITATION
Found this darling invitation from the Etsy shop SweetBeeTeaBoutique.
THE DECOR
Each table was topped with dollar store tablecloths + doilies. Alice in Wonderland cards, teapots and skeleton keys from Amazon. Clocks and butterflies were borrowed from David’s mom!
Plates, napkins, party picks [and the tea cups that didn’t come in time] were from the cutest party line called: “Truly Alice” by Talking Tables. You can find there stuff on Amazon, as well as Party City.
Grass Background [as well as the command strips we hung it with,] Alice in Wonderland arrows and gold glitter “ONE” banner all from Amazon. Pink fans, “ONE” cake topper both from Zurchers.
The “Remi in Onederland” gold glitter letter sign was a custom order from this darling Etsy shop: Caketothetop.
The giant clock has pictures of Remi each month of her first year. I wish I would have framed them with some gold glitter paper to make them pop! My mom had these clock hands around, but you can also find them on Amazon, or a local clock store.
Other decoration ideas I wanted to do:
•Chalk “You’re late,” as well as flowers, and bunny footprints on the sidewalk. 🕰🐇🌸
•Some kind of white roses painted red
•Mushrooms! 🍄
•Cheshire Cat up in a tree.
•Mismatched chairs around the tables
Check out my Pinterest Board “Remi in Onederland” where I found a lot of my inspiration!
THE FOOD
We had pinwheel sandwiches and two different kinds of salads, and chips.
Fruit skewers, watermelon and peanut butter + jelly sandwiches cut in ♡♢♤♧ shapes! [Sandwich cutters.] [Small watermelon cutters.] [Drink Labels.]
Our favorite almond poppy cake with Bavarian cream filling, and sugar cookies from Granite Bakery As well as Macarons from Brookie Cookies!
THE WARDROBE
Alice in Wonderland dress from this darling shop on Etsy, Bitty Bundles of Joy. Pretty little “ONE” crown from another darling shop on Etsy, LoveCrushCrowns I found my Mad Hatter headband from Amazon. I found the good looking David while he was modeling for Express haha ;).
PLAY GAMES– OR OFF WITH YOUR HEAD!!
Giant Chess and Jenga was rented from Mort’s Rentals in American Fork. Giant deck of cards found on Amazon. Another idea that I loved was having croquet and pink flamingos set up, or this pink flamingo golf from HalloweenCostumes.com. The giant cards would also make fun lawn decor as well. This theme is so fun because it can be customized in so many creative ways!!
THE ONEDERLAND QUEEN!
Our sweet Remi girl has brought so much love and light to our lives this past year. We cannot imagine our life without her. She is full of energy, and I know this girl is going to do amazing things. Happy Birthday little one, we sure do love you!!
