


So Simple and SO good! This is one of our weekly staples. Healthy, and Hubs approved! This is also keto and Whole30 approved with the right ingredients.
Ingredients:
Sausage of your choice* [*We get the Chicken & Apple from Aidells @ COSTCO!]
Head of cabbage
1 medium yellow onion (optional)
Butter, Ghee, or oil of your choice (Try Habanero oil from Harmons!)
Garlic or seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Cook sausage if not cooked already. Slice up onion, sausage, and cabbage– throw in a skillet and cover, stirring occasionally. Add seasoning as desired (crushed red pepper flakes, Harissa salt, pepper, or garlic). Once cabbage is soft and sausage is cooked or warmed all the way through– enjoy!
