It doesn’t have to be St. Patrick’s day to enjoy this yummy classic: Bangers and Mash.
We put a low-carb spin on this pub favorite, and this dish has been on repeat in our house.
Our favorite kind of bangers to use are either the beer brats, cheddar brats, or the Irish O’ Garlic sausages from Johnsonville.
What makes it low carb is making cauliflower faux-mash instead of mashed potatoes.
With the right ingredients you might even like faux-mash better ;).
Even better: top with grilled onions, or sauerkraut.
