- 2 package bratwurst
- 1 whole, sliced onion (optional)
- 2 pounds riced cauliflower
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp cream cheese
- 1/2 C shredded cheese
- Salt, Pepper and your favorite seasonings
FOR MASH:Make cauliflower riced as desired using frozen cauliflower rice, or fresh cauliflower. Blend all ingredients together in blender.FOR BRATS:Cook on stovetop as instructed by packageTop with grilled onions or sauerkraut.ENJOY
