Bangers and Mash

We put a low-carb spin on this Irish pub classic

Ingredients
  

  • 2 package bratwurst
  • 1 whole, sliced onion (optional)
  • 2 pounds riced cauliflower
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/2 C shredded cheese
  • Salt, Pepper and your favorite seasonings

Instructions
 

  • FOR MASH:
    Make cauliflower riced as desired using frozen cauliflower rice, or fresh cauliflower.
    Blend all ingredients together in blender.
    FOR BRATS:
    Cook on stovetop as instructed by package
    Top with grilled onions or sauerkraut.
