buttermilk

Glaze

sugar

Instructions
FOR THE BREAD:
grease pans, preheat oven to 350
cream sugar, oil, + extract
beat eggs- add to sugar mixture
add dry ingredients, milk, then coconut flakes
*fill pans just a little over half full
cook at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
Glaze:
stir to boil: sugar, water, butter.
boil 5 minutes
add coconut extract
pour glaze generously over hot bread.
Notes
This recipe makes 5-6 small loafs or 2-3 large loafs.
