JELLO CAKE
My ALL TIME favorite cake!
Ingredients
- 1 box White cake mix Eggs and Oil per box recipe
- 1 (3 oz box) Jello I usually use strawberry or raspberry
- 1 (3.4 oz box) Vanilla Pudding Milk per box
- 1 cup Sprite (Mt. Dew or Redbull are good options too!)
- 1 container Cool Whip thawed
Instructions
- Bake cake or cupcakes as directed on box.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Boil 1 cup Sprite, add jello and stir until completely dissolved.
- Poke holes in cake-- You want a lot of deep holes!
- Pour Jello mixture over cupcakes.
- Mix pudding and set per pox instructions.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, the longer the better.
- Frost with pudding mixed with cool whip. *DROOL*
