Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 link chicken sausage sliced
  • 4 peppers chopped
  • 1 package mushrooms chopped
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp season blend of choice
  • 1 clove garlic optional
  • 1 tbsp oilve oil

Instructions
 

  • Roast in oven at 425 degrees, until desired roastedness.
    Stir occasionally.
